Absolutely fantastic. I came with a really high fever, unable to walk properly and was really weak.As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the reception and the other receptionist offered me a wheelchair which I was very grateful for.They sent me to the emergency department and the registration process was very smooth despite me being a foreigner (Malaysian).Doctors, nurses were very attentive and explained well in English, apparently I caught the Influenza A virus. They put me on bags and bags of IV drip to get my fever down and after a couple of hours I felt way better.Thank you and I will recommend to my fellow Malaysians to get their emergency treatment here if they’re on a holiday because of the star treatment, comfortable room and good doctors.

We had to visit via Eurocross to check if my wife was developing pneumonia. Everything went very smoothly. We had some waiting time but were very diligently guided through the whole process by a very friendly staff member. They checked with our insurance but we decided not to wait and pay ourselves for the x-ray and consult. My only surprise was the limited English of the MD even though all the books in the office were in English. That said there was good translation by our chaperone. All in all a good experience and a place you can go if in need of medical attention. We got a very extensive array of medicine that did the trick.

I had to check in Acibadem unexpectedly and stayed two nights. The facility is first class, as well as the services. There are translators on site to help with the international patients.The doctor and nurses are caring. The service crew checks in periodically to keep the environment clean. Amir at the reception helped me tremendously and got me all the documents I need to get insurance reimbursement at home.Though a hospital visit was not on my itinerary, it was a very comfortable experience and I was discharged with good health again.

I did delivery near one month ago in this hospital. It was great experience, all medical employers were on very high level, always helpling, caring and fast- responding ( after pressing red button, coming very quickly). All experience was just like staying in some better hotel, so for me personally was not a problem to stay out of term, but i was not able cause of personal reasons. Big recommendation for this hospital!I want to mention Dr.Betül Saritaş, who did controls of our newborn baby, she was full of very usefull informations, explaining very well, at the same time excellent aproach with baby and parents, very calm as a person. She was wonderful and helped us very much, so i wanted to thank to her separately.

Great hospital, clean services, helpful staff and great nurses. If you’re an inpatient, the food is great by hospital standards, the nurses check in with you every couple of hours and promptly if you call for assistance. A bit tricky getting connected to Wi-Fi but once you’re in the connection is seamless.

The hospital is incredibly clean, and the doctors are very professional and kind. My experience there was outstanding, and a huge part of that is thanks to Serkan. He was absolutely amazing throughout my stay - super helpful, super nice, and super cordial. Serkan managed to organize all my checkups and got me to see a dozen doctors in record-breaking time. His efficiency and kindness made what could have been a stressful experience so much smoother. If you’re ever at this hospital, Serkan is definitely your guy! Honestly, he’s one of the best staff members I’ve encountered, and he truly deserves a raise for his exceptional work, if the management is reading this.The only thing that could be improved is the transfer service the hospital works with. Sometimes, the transfer has been late, but that might also be due to Istanbul’s infamous traffic. Overall, a fantastic hospital experience!

I visited Acıbadem Hospital in Taksim for a routine check-up, and the entire process was seamless. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making the visit stress-free. The hospital's facilities are top-notch, very clean, and equipped with the latest technology. The doctor I saw was professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. The management is clearly doing an excellent job as everything went smoothly. I left feeling confident in the care I received.

I was very happy with the service from this hospital. Emil, Dr Ata Can and the rest of the team were all very caring and supportive. I had an ankle injury so Emil transported me to the doctor, then to have an x ray, back to the doctor and then to get a boot.They spoke English to me, the whole process was quick and efficient, and they communicated with my company insurance. Would recommend to anyone who needs medical assistance in Istanbul. Thank you team.

A fantastic hospital with the best service I've ever experienced in medical sector. Translators help you out in all possible ways, and most of the doctors speak English. Everything is very well organised, the staff is attentive and caring.

I am giving honest review regarding the experience. I visited Istanbul between 17-20 January 2025. The communication before i arrived was excellent from Teresa. I done a full health check up (bloods, heart, urine etc) however, i would not recommend to go on the weekend as it is basically a half day and Sunday’s they are closed, so i had to come back on the day i was leaving. In terms of the experience it was good however, the person that helped me throughout the check up translating and taking me from room to room & making sure i understand everything was 10/10 (Serkan). Top guy & was travelling from another branch to do so. He was very helpful polite and patient. I also had a full MRI scan which checks your whole body, but it is very basic interms of information regarding an injury. Would recommend to get an MRI on that specific area that you have an injury ie (Knee only). I also had transfer from the airport > hotel > hospital return included which was very helpful. All in all it was a great experience would have been better if i visited during the week. They also give you all your documentation & dvd regarding scans etc. once i got bad i got a call regarding results and they explained everything fully, what to do to improve health, diet etc. Would recommend this hospital as the staff and the people were very nice.

What an abysmal hospital. If I ever come across anyone who is in need of medical care in Istanbul, I will do everything in my power to make sure they don't go to this ramshackle establishment. What a joke. You would expect at a private hospital to get aid quickly, especially when you are insured. Instead me and a friend were kept waiting for hours before we could receive aid even though our situations needed immediate medical attention. My friend sat in your lobby for hours with a broken arm and no-one batted an eye. I worked out with my insurance and they gave me a pay-guarantee. Still this place didn't allow me to get aid, because for some dumb reason they wanted to get it directly from my insurance, even though my insurance already provided a legal document, stipulating that they will in fact pay and so there was no need for them to personally e-mail them. So I sit there for hours with an infected finger (getting worse) and my friend with a broken arm and these people didn't care. It's a shame this place is allowed to call itself a hospital. Do not go being swayed into thinking you will get quicker care here than in a public hospital. Just go to a public hospital. Much less hassle because it's from the government and they won't hold you hostage after giving you aid to wait for you to finally meticulously force your insurance to send them a personal handwritten, gold-lined, perfumed note, kissed by your mother saying "yes, we will pay".

Stay Away from Acıbadem Taksim Hospital — They Tried to Scam Me in an Emergency!On the night of March 5th at 7:30 PM, I rushed to Acıbadem Taksim Hospital with my son, who is not even two years old. He had cut his little penis and was in pain. I chose this hospital because it was the closest, and my son was actually born in Acıbadem, so I have a 10% loyalty discount, plus I am covered by SGK.What happened next was nothing short of disgraceful. Instead of immediately helping my crying baby, the staff made me wait 20 minutes while they calculated how much they could charge me. First, they demanded 100 euros. I told them I live in Turkey, not checking into a hotel. Then they asked for over 4,000 TL just to start. All this while my child was in pain.Once a doctor finally checked him, they said he needed immediate stitches — and then hit me with a bill of 28,000 TL, demanding I pay before they could proceed! I refused on the spot. My son’s birth at this same hospital cost me 15,000 TL for two full nights. Suddenly, they wanted almost double that just for a few stitches! After I argued, they “went to speak to their supervisor,” but I had already arranged to go to Taksim Devlet emergency.Only when they saw me leaving, they came running after me, magically dropping the price to 15,000 TL. I still refused. Then they gave me a “feedback form” — which I filled out, explaining their disgusting behavior. After reading it, they had the audacity to offer me money back and told me “it’s not an emergency; stitches can wait up to 4 hours.”I went to Taksim Devlet Hospital. There, three doctors attended to my son immediately, spoke perfect English, stitched him up, and didn’t charge me a single lira — not even for follow-up checkups.Acıbadem Taksim is nothing but a money-making scam. They do not care if a baby is crying in pain. They stall, inflate prices, and try to pressure you to pay insane amounts on the spot. I will file a formal complaint with health authorities.I strongly advise everyone: avoid Acıbadem Taksim Hospital at all costs. They are dishonest, heartless, and will prey on you when you’re most vulnerable.

Hard to give a review here. It's a good hospital but prices are now beyond ridiculous. You're now paying US prices for everything. It's more expensive than private in the UK.Update: the doctor misdiagnosed me and I think she is incompetent. I paid for and received an expensive and unnecessary treatment. Many of the reviews here are fake.
