Hello, good afternoon. After several months I dare to write and say how terrible the clinic and some of the professionals in it are, starting with the receptionist who did everything in a hurry and with very little empathy. I started the treatment when, to my surprise, my eggs did not grow as they should and they sent me the maximum amount of medication. My words were, if not how it has to go, I prefer to leave it for another time, rather than spend all my savings on a possibility that is not. They kept insisting and kept sending hormones for those follicles to grow, when they saw that they did not grow, one afternoon, after having been there at the clinic in the morning, they called me saying the treatment I had to follow, and when they told me, what was it? My other surprise was that they told me that I had to take growth hormone that night, they called me 20 minutes after the clinic closed, and I live 35/40 minutes away, you can imagine how I ran on the highway, because he receptionist threw the noise on me. But nonetheless, another day he called me while I was at work, to tell me that at 9 pm I had to take the other hormone, which was super important, and of course, I had to call my family to see if someone could come to bring me that hormone because at work I didn't have it and I also live 35/40 minutes from my job by car (and all this the receptionist talking that way) no empathy or anything. They take out 4 follicles, 1 does not grow, 2 do not show signs of fertilization and only one says that it is fertilized. They put 3 in me even knowing that 2 are useless. And to make matters worse, to inform me of the non-pregnancy... he calls me from the reception to tell me, and both the doctor and the doctor do not even know about the patient (in this case me) when we have left a pasture there and all my savings, since for a single opportunity, only 1 when in the other clinics there are a minimum of 2, he left me 5,300 euros and without putting medication and blood tests that were another 3,000 euros apart. So that less than a little empathy, nothing more than for the money that one leaves behind. Before going to this clinic make sure and ask in others. All the best.
