If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had strabismus surgery today at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and the care I received truly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Mohamed Beleil was my anesthesiologist — kind, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. My surgeon, Dr. Arif Khan, was absolutely amazing and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. There was also a Filipino nurse (I wish I remembered her name!) who was incredibly friendly, comforting, and always happy to help with anything I needed. I’m beyond grateful for the team’s care, professionalism, and kindness. Truly one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yasir Mohammad Akmal. He was amazing, very attentive and reassuring. He answered my questions before I even asked them. The nurses were all so kind and pleasant. It was a really lovely experience, especially during a stressful time.

The hospital overall service is amazing and up to the standards, however the home care supply office are the worse. I had experience it several times with the receptionist where she either speaks on her personal phone while serving or asking to wait 45 min even though the supplies are there and refused to check.This office is dedicated for patients with critical conditions like my father who requires the supplements at urgency hence the service should be quicker and more organized.

Cleveland hospital abudhabi is one of the top 5 best hospitals in the whole Emirates and appointment costs 20- 50 dirhams and there is over 1000 doctors and over 5000 people get appointments every day and this is the #1 best in abudhabi #2 in the whole Emirates and they serve you a lounge and serve dates and coffee and it only costs between 20-50 dirhams made my day

Worst experience when it comes to refund. It has past 14 working days which is the policy and now nobody replies to the emails and they don't bother calling and explaining when clearly I have mentioned in the email that there's another urgent surgery to be done and still no response! How easy it is to take payments but not return refunds!

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:20 this morning at Prime Care Clinic, but it is now 11:30, and I have yet to see the doctor. Despite asking at reception, I have not been given any clear explanation for the delay. This is not the level of service I expected, and I would appreciate some clarification on why my appointment has been postponed and when I can expect to be seen.

I was scheduled for an appointment at 8:00 AM. However, due to the lack of available parking spaces, I arrived 15 minutes late. After completing the required procedures, I was greeted by the nurse, who escorted me to the consultation room. I was supposed to meet the doctor within a few minutes, but unfortunately, the doctor arrived at around 9:00 AM, meaning I had to wait for approximately 30 minutes.To make matters worse, the doctor seemed to be in a bad mood and only spent five minutes with me. It wasn’t a consultation but rather a brief and uncomfortable conversation, as though they were doing me a favor. Honestly, this experience, along with my previous visit to the gastroenterology clinic, has been disappointing. Unlike the years of excellent service I’ve experienced in the past, these recent visits have been below standard.During my previous visit, the doctor exuded confidence to the extent that they didn’t seek any information about my condition. They simply instructed me to schedule an endoscopy appointment without addressing my concerns properly. As a result, I had to visit another hospital to find appropriate treatment for my condition.

The hospital provides wonderful service with caring and humble staff who ensure patients feel comfortable and well-attended. However, the experience with the 24/7 contact center has been disappointing. Whenever I try to reach the call center, I face long hold times and often fail to connect with anyone. This process is frustrating and unnecessary, especially for urgent inquiries. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to improve the accessibility of their otherwise excellent services.

The call center staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful and when you call to set up an appointment, you don’t have to wait on the line for very long before they answer your call. The nurses are also very friendly and very helpful, and I love that the doctors in this hospital Have more leeway when it comes to the prescription. I went to other hospitals and the general practitioner over their prescribed me lotion, but then I was told by the pharmacy that the doctor can’t prescribe lotion and that I have to go see a dermatologist, but that’s not how it works at Cleveland Clinic. not only that the pharmacy is wonderful and they don’t argue with the patient about the prescription if it was written by the doctor, then they just give them the prescription that the doctor have written, unlike other pharmacies and other hospitals and clinics that I’ve been to where the pharmacist argue with the patient that they cannot give them the medication because the doctor made a typo in the prescription. and I love that the Pharmacy work 24 hours seven days a week..Overall, this hospital and staff are great and amazing, but I do feel like they should add more transporters and wheelchairs for people who need them especially during the rush hour.Thank you for the entire Hospital staff for your excellent service

REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES (NOT MEDICAL SERVICES, WHICH ARE EXCELLENT)We had an extremely frustrating experience with this hospital’s billing department. Despite multiple requests, we have yet to receive the detailed invoices for medical consultations in January and May 2024. We’ve even sent follow-up emails, messages on their app, called and visited the billing department in person, where we were assured that the invoices would be sent within a week. It’s now been MONTHS, and we’re still waiting.This has prevented us from submitting claims to our insurance company, as they require detailed invoices for reimbursement. It’s unacceptable that we should have to chase the hospital for something as basic as an invoice. In our experience, all other clinics and hospitals provide invoices immediately after a consultation.This is not the first time we’ve had issues with this hospital’s billing system, and we’ve thoroughly disappointed. We hope they resolve this matter soon and improve their processes for future patients. While the medical care here has been great, we personally decided not to deal with this hospital again. We simply don’t have the time or energy to deal with such administrative aggravation.

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is providing exceptional care for my mother during her two-month stay. The entire staff, from the surgeons and nurses to the security and housekeeping personnel, were incredibly professional and compassionate. Their dedication to my mother's comfort and well-being, even during her end-of-life journey, was truly touching. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional care they provided.

I personally feel this hospital was much needed in the heart of Abu Dhabi.All experienced doctors in every field. You name the disease they have specialist in every field.Service is beyond appreciation.Security is top notch. Even if the patient family comes to see the patient during visiting hours. They still need Emirates I'd of the person who is going to visit the patient. You need to show your relationship as well. After all the confirmation they print the ticket and give it to you. And that's not enough you have to show that ticket to the next security before you enter the visiting area.The waiting hall is also spacious. Hygiene at best. Definitely recommend to others.

Good afternoon,I wanted to express my frustration with the recent experiences related to appointment cancellations and communication. It's been quite disappointing that my appointments have been canceled multiple times.Patients, such as myself, depend on reliable and punctual care because I have work commitments that require me to schedule appointments in advance. What's particularly concerning is that when the clinic reschedules my appointment, they make only one attempt to inform me, without further effort to reach out. This lack of follow-up communication can be disheartening and suggests a lack of concern for patient well-being.Rather than making an effort to reschedule my appointment as soon as possible, the clinic has chosen to postpone it for three months. I had to send my friend to get an earlier appointment.I look forward to more reliable and consistent service in the future.

Amazing healthcare facility with great doctors who are keeping patient care their top priority and very professional as well as compassionate.. Dr Kamila in internal medicine inpatient unit was like an angel to us, she made sure that my mom gets all her medical issues addressed and very kind soul…Also, Dr Batool in Vascular institute is another good example of dedicated doctor who is passionate and compassionate too while dealing with patients. All the he departments I dealt was highly professional like dr Maguy chiha Endocrinologist and Dr Ali Wahla pulmonologist.Once again Thank You to all the caregivers out there 🙏

I came to visit my aunt she had an operation the rooms were niceThe process for visitors took a bit some time waiting in the line wish if there was more faster way or an easier way to accessParking were available there was no issue in finding a parking even though we went on a weekend overall the clinic was clean and nice and gives u the vibes of a shopping mall which is nice
