I recently had the pleasure of undergoing rhinoplasty with Dr. Alper Ozdilek, and I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the results. I am incredibly grateful for the medical procedure; I never thought I’d be able to breathe this well! My nose looks beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the procedure was. The hospital was impeccably clean and sanitary, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Luna, who played a vital role in expediting the process. She made me feel safe, heard, and supported throughout the entire journey. Additionally, I want to give a special thanks to Chala, who translated the entire process for me. Her kindness and support made a world of difference. I would rate this entire experience a perfect 10/10, and I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful team to anyone considering a similar procedure!

Even though my doctor spoke English fluently, the hospital still provided a translator to ensure I understood every detail of my treatment—an extra touch that truly impressed me.One of the standout aspects of my experience was how quick and efficient they were. Instead of waiting indefinitely in Canada, I received immediate attention, the right diagnosis, and treatment that actually helped me recover. Their modern facilities, knowledgeable doctors, and dedicated staff made the entire process seamless and stress-free.Additionally, they arranged transportation from my hotel to the hospital and back, making the experience even more convenient. I recommend this hospital to everyone, especially Dr. Borhan Turan, because he has very good diagnosis and is an experienced and skilled doctor. I had taken my three-year-old daughter to another hospital, where an unreal doctor gave me false information and made me extremely worried, but Dr. Turan gave me very accurate and complete information. I am very grateful.

Had my annual check up here. They’ve come a loooong way. Place is clean & well maintained. Very systematic and organized. Doctor is proficient in English. Staff are accommodating & helpful even if they don’t all speak in English. Hospital has clear signs in both Turkish & English & a staff will always walk with you if you need to go to a different area of the hospital. Disappointed that the restroom where I was led to give my urine sample was filthy but there were other toilets around that were very clean. Paid street parking and Valet parking available.

My son had to return to ER due to vomiting and diarrhea shortly after being discharged from the hospital. The staff refused to allocate him a room and requested a 20.000 TL advance payment or wait until 8 am despite having a guarantee of payment from my insurance company covering all treatments for my son up to 5 million $ (my son was in pain and needed to get some rest). The neurologist and infection diseases doctors were late for the discharge process and their English level was far from understandable. I will never return nor recommend any treatment in this hospital.

This hospital is a SCAM!It’s all about the MONEY!If you are not Turkish, you will pay 5 times the normal amount. They just take advantage of foreigners… medical services are HORRIBLE! Save your money!

While I have had good experiences with many doctors of Acibadem, I had an unfortunate one with Professor Dilek Guven in the Ophthalmology department. I booked the doctor due to her professional history in England, as I was hoping to communicate comfortably in English. I was extremely disappointed.I asked to communicate in English, which she didn't look too happy about although she spoke perfectly once we got around to it. While I tried to be nice, the doctor was overall cold and unwelcoming. The machine to get my eyes checked was dirty, so I was left unsure of my measurement once I left her office.I then returned 4 days later to double check my eyes, and the doctor looked irritated that I had returned. I told her that despite doing the measurement, I wanted to return and double-check before changing out all my glasses. No response, just silence resulting in my feeling very uncomfortable. It felt as if I was inconveniencing her.She then checked my eyes, and since the number was the same almost laughed mockingly when she told me she'd check the microscope to see if there was any change there.It was a cold, uncomfortable, and extremely unwelcoming appointment. I would not book again. In fact, for my checkup I attempted to book with another doctor until I realised this was not covered by my insurance, so I was made to take an appointment with the same doctor. Take better care of your patients. This was simply an eye check up, and cannot imagine going here if I was experiencing any real issue.

It was the worth experience of my Life. The worst place ever!!!Firstly, the service was consistently poor. I experienced numerous delays in receiving test results, which added unnecessary stress to an already challenging process.Additionally, there were bizarre and unexplained changes in pricing. One month, I was charged $1,000 for services, and the next, the price inexplicably doubled to $2,000. This lack of transparency in their billing practices is deeply concerning and frustrating. And no results in the end!Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I expected a professional and supportive service, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

You would have to be an absolute idiot to use this hospital, especially if you are not a Turk!I called today for an appointment and was told I would have to pay in Euro because I was not Turkish, but if I was from another Middle East country I would pay the same as the Turks. I have lived in Turkey for years, and married to a Turkish man. We make the Turkish LIRA!This is not the first bad experience we have had with this Hospital. This hospital will do everything they can to cheat you out of a dollar. If you are looking for terrible Doctors that don’t listen to your concerns, and to be treated like a walking bank, then it’s the hospital for you!!
