I just completed my treatment at Clinicana and overall, I am pleased with the results. From the initial inquiry, the staff have been helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns.They made it all extremely easy, picking me up at the airport, taking me to the clinic and walking me through the entire procedure, what I needed to do when and where. Honestly the biggest issue that I had was waiting for the elevator to take me to the 1st floor of the hospital which made me arrive a few minutes late.Now I’m back I the US recovering from the treatment and expect to have great results. Clinicana Hair Transplant – Highly Recommended!From the very first message, everything with Clinicana was smooth and professional. We communicated over WhatsApp, where they explained every detail clearly. Once my flight from the UK was booked, all I had to do was wait for the big day.When I landed in Istanbul — despite my flight being delayed — the process was still seamless. Just a few minutes of walking brought me to the meeting point, and the driver was already waiting to take me straight to the clinic, even though it was quite late in the evening. They didn’t let me stress for a second. We did the blood test on arrival, which took no more than 15 minutes, and then I was dropped off at the hotel.The hotel was literally 200 meters from the clinic (though I still got a lift). It was clean, spacious, and the king-size bed was a welcome sight after a long day.The next morning, I had a solid breakfast (and I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels — so I know a decent one when I see it). Then I headed to the clinic, where we had a detailed conversation about the procedure, aftercare, and medications. We drew the new hairline, and just like that — it was time to get it done.After a haircut and the anesthetic injections (let’s be honest, not the most fun part — but hey, beauty requires a little suffering, right?), the procedure began. Halfway through, I was served lunch, and time flew by — five hours passed before I knew it.Once it was done, I received my bandages and headed back to the hotel for dinner and rest. After speaking with dozens of clinics and reading reviews I made a choice to come to Clinicana in Acibadem Taskim hospital. My rep was Toma who is wonderful and incredulous helpful. She guided me from New York to Istanbul step by step and the main contact even after (to send photos or ask questions)At the location in Istanbul met with Melika who was our translator and hospital guide. She was just as great, very comforting, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly helpful, which helped keep you calm throughout the pre, during and post surgery. She was there at every step.My consultation was with professor Tatli, his knowledge and patient side manner is very soothing and reassuring. They explained all in great detail and answer all the questions so there is no doubt left.Staff at Acibadem were all nice.The hotel which Clinicana provided - Naz City Hotel is really worth the little extra. I landed in Istanbul from Berlin for the hair transplant at Clinicana. Clinicana team was always available on WhatsApp before my travel to provide me the information I need to arrive prepared. Upon my arrival the support was smooth and the hospital is clean and nice. Ecem supported me on the day of the surgery, she was kind and helpful and explained everything in details. The surgery went well. it took around 5 hours I guess to plant 4500 grafts. Last hour was painful though. After the surgery and the next day I also received support from the team and I met the doctor for post consultation. I recommend to have a day or two after the surgery to recover a bit before traveling back home, especially if you are transplanting high number of grafts. Waiting for the results to approve my evaluation but things look good for now. Thank you!

My experience with Clinicana was simply awesome. When I was researching online it was hard to find a good place that does excellent hair transplant procedures. When I approached Clinicana, Chinara followed up promptly and analysed my photos. The doctor reviewed them and suggested a procedure with new hairline and donor areas. They answered all my questions. I have selected Clinician after scanning at least 20+ different clinics. It was mainly for their reviews in public domain and few personal references. From day one I was in touch with sales agent Ecem. She is excellent all through the process. She clarified and guided each and every steps in the process before flying to Istanbul for Hair Treatment. Everything over there was very well organised starting from airport pick, blood test , hair transplant procedures, post operative wash , hotel etc. Ecem has helped all through out. Day 4 of recovery after an excellent experience with Clinicana. I left with expectations surpassed, feeling assured about the eventual efficacy of the procedure. When determining the new hairline I appreciated that the doctor was thoughtful and considerate about my particular facial type. I understood and agreed with his assessment. 10 days after my hair transplant and thought it was time to leave a review of Clinicana, every part of the process was so easy because they’ve already thought of all the questions you may have and provided the answers.However the WhatsApp contact solution is great they respond super quick.They have been very patient as I’ve been in conversation for maybe 18/24 months before finally booking, every questions answered I constantly checked availability and they provide it and the thing I found very different to other clinics I spoke to is they were not pushy at all, other clinics constantly ask are you ready to book now, sometimes even with no conversation for 2/3 weeks.I arrived with my wife at the airport and within 15 minutes of collecting our baggage we were in the clinics transfer direct to the hospital for the bloods, again so easy no real waiting around, just in fill the forms in and bloods were taken.I opted to stay an extra night so we had a full day to explore, I told the clinic this and my translator sent me recommendations of sights to see in Istanbul which I thought was a lovely touch.The hotel you stay in is lovely, nice and clean and close to the hospital.The above is great but now to the staff they are absolutely amazing every single one of them, they couldn’t do enough to answer questions, explain the procedure, get me refreshments constantly checking I’m ok throughout.As I said I’m 10 days after my procedure now and I’ve found the process even at home so simple because of the explanations and demonstrations at the clinic but also the follow up instructions and videos.My advice to anyone if your thinking about a hair transplant, do it and if your unsure on which clinic then clinicana is amazing!!!

I had my hair transparent treatment done at Clinicana few days ago. The overall experience was very satisfying. The entire process from enquiry till the end was handled very professionally.The contact person Çinara was guiding through every step of the process and helped with many queries I had about the process and surgery. All questions were carefully answered and the support availability at all times was commendable.The package for the surgery ensures that patient has a seamless experience, the clinic arranges for pick up from airport, stay at a 4 star hotel, breakfast included, shuttles to and from the hospital to hotel, medications and drop to the airport again.The surgery went well and the after care has been explained. I was looking for a good hair transplant clinic in Turkey and found Clinicana with good reviews and customer satisfaction, along with the package they offer with the reasonable price.They overall experience all the from the hotel pick up, stay and the hair transplant surgery was very good. I got my two hair transplants done from Clinicana. In the first hair transplant, they taken out 4500 grafts to cover my front mostly and little bit of crown, while in the second visit, they taken out 3300 grafts to fully cover the crown and the other spots with less density. I am fully satisfied with my results and highly recommend Clinicana in Istanbul Turkey to others for the hair transplant.Thanks

I did my hair transplant at clinicalna. Everything has been nice since I arrived in Istanbul. I met Omar, the driver at the airport. Firstly, we went to the hospital to do the labs, and then he drove me to the hotel. Haya was the coordinator for the whole process. She has been following up with me since I started texting Clinicana. She provided me with appropriate direction for all the steps. It was very smooth and convenient. The operation was about 8 hours long. The anesthesia was a little painful, but everything after that was awesome.

They provide me NAZ city hotel for stay it’s about 3 to 5 minutes walk away to hospital.Hospital is very clean and stuff very friendly. My translator was Mr Baris, he’s best I’ll attach some pictures later.Mr Baris explains me everything from USA to Istanbul which day have my hair transplant means everything, he was with me whole time my surgery.Before surgery Doctor draw my hairline, and he explained me very well. He said to me you need around 4000 grafts, and after hair transplant how to care my hair he’s very professional thumbs, up to him👍🏼.My operation did 2 ladies they are best in Field nice talk during surgery.My surgery took around 8.30 hours but don’t worry drowning surgery they’ll give break and lunch provided.After surgery Driver drop you at hotel and next morning pick you up for first hair wash they will show you how to wash your hair back to your country.Hotel is very clean and breakfast is free. I had my hair transplant yesterday and had an excellent experience with Clinicana, the hospital where the clinic is located is clean and puts your mind at ease ahead of the operation. All staff are very helpful, in particular Selin who was with me from start to finish to ensure the procedure went well, she was great and provided all aftercare information and was on hand to answer any questions. The doctor responsible, their professor, the surgical team and a special thanks to the coordinator Ms Ecem that guided me thru the whole experience and made all the information so much easier to understand. 🙏🏻The hotel that was included in the package was the best hotel I ever stayed at, the clinic was modern, clean and I felt safe at all times. The free shuttle service they provide to take you between the airport, hospital and the hotel worked amazing at all times too.I also want to point out that this clinic is very serious and don’t do this just to make money. They don’t give you false expectations just to make a buck, they give you realistic expectation about what is possible in your specific situation. To me they said during the consultation they would probably be able to transplant 4000-4500 grafts but in the end they were able to transplant as much as 5900 grafts!I recommend everyone who is considering to make a hair transplant procedure in Turkey to choose clinicana, they really are the best.Thank you so much for everything you done for me and the next time I visit your beautiful city I will come to the clinic to say hello and show you the progress my new hair has made.
