THE MEDICAL/ SURGICAL CARE AT RATTINAN CLINIC IS SECOND TO NONE!I could not be happier with Rattinan's communication, efficiency and degree of expertise. But most importantly, I am over the moon with the result and would recommend the clinic, Dr Taveechai Taveecharoenkool and staff to anyone wanting first rate surgical care. The nurses were incredibly professional and went out of their way to ease my pre-surgery anxiety. Hirunya, made the pre-operative medical seamless and Ezra pulled the whole experience together brilliantly. Dr. Taveechai Taveecharoenkool is a surgical artist, and such a gentleman as well.I'm so glad I didn't bother with the Australian option.

Great experience at Rattinan Clinic 😊, all the process was very clear and professional. As I’m living aboard and not having much time, they made sure to review and handle my case promptly due to my limited time frame. They also have a dedicated after care services that provides follow up post surgery that you can chat with 24/7. Good experiences so far, and I would consider returning again in the near future.Highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience here. After extensive research and reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to contact the clinic via WhatsApp. Although communication was occasionally slow, being clear with your queries helps.The clinic is centrally located, easy to find, and boasts a stunning interior. Everything is top-of-the-line. I was greeted warmly, and everyone involved from the customer service team, reception, nurses and surgeon were all incredibly kind, which helped ease my nerves. From start to finish, I felt safe and heard. This team is amazing. Highly recommended.

I have yet to get the procedure done due to my busy schedule but I would like to share that Nan is very responsive to my queries, I also had an online consultation with Dr Suthipong who explain everything clearly and openly.

Very helpful with every question I had before and after my procedure.All the staff were reassuring and professional throughout. The clinic itself has a calming atmosphere and is clean. I got the MiraDry procedure here. Really nice clinic! Very clean. Staff was all attentive and explained everything very well. Very good English language support, but one time they had me do something and I wasn’t sure why because an English speaking person wasn’t around so I was kind of confused, but it wasn’t a big deal lol. The male nurse who injected the lidocaine spoke excellent English and was very sweet. He made me feel comfortable during an uncomfortable procedure. Thank you!

Came to Rattinan Medical Center from Australia to get my Gynecomastia surgery done by Dr Aniwat.Made the experience easy and smooth from the great communication with beauty consultant Ezra & the amazing staff at the clinic.Very clean and professional place.Dr Aniwat done a very good job and I am very pleased with the results. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding doctor, and team of nurses. Had my surgery done on 14 Oct 2024 and was well on my feet moving ard by Day 2, and getting better stronger by Day 3, discharged on Day 4. The whole surgical workmanship of doctor Dr Jutaporn Suesat , my sutres /stitches are so fine which makes the recovery all the more faster. Rattinan team, special thanks to Ms Khun Koe, took care of my pre operation medical test, evaluation, scans, ultrasound, key procedures and hospital arrangements. Ms Nadom, and super experienced nurse who had herself a recent makeover and continued working to provide me the best medical post operation care after I was discharged. Medication and post care ointment and bandages were provided, dressing was ordered till day I left bkk. Thank you Rattinan team for this once in lifetime amazing journey and outstanding personal deliverables completed. I am very very happy and grateful.

I have always had a stubborn double chin that would not disappear even when I was underweight… I finally decided to remove it and chose Rattinan Medical Centre. The staff were very responsive and helpful on WhatsApp, and also set up a Virtual Consultation with the surgeon so I could tell him what I wanted and ask questions prior to confirming my surgery appointment. I paid a small security deposit to hold my appointment and paid the rest at the centre. I am a nurse, having worked in theatre myself as a scrub, and I have to commend Rattinan for having very high standards of care. They are efficient, professional, and follow proper sterile and surgical procedures. They continue to follow up with you post procedure to ensure you are recovering well. 6 months post procedure, I am very pleased with my results, and would highly recommend them to everyone. My tiny surgical scar under my is not visible at all! Thank you Nita & Dr Aniwat 🙏🏻

This clinic have the best customer service, all the girls was so kind and attentive, they brought water and chocolate for me and my mom. Consultation is free, And they detailed tell us what to expect and the procure. Everyone in the clinic speak multiple languages. English. Chinese. Thai. Others. Is very convenient for travelers to communicate.The doctor gave us a price which includes anesthesia and aftercare and antibiotics and painkillers all included. The doctor is very VERY skilled and makes the perfect beautiful you that you wish to look like. He's very kind and attentive to your request also will suggest good choice for what you look for. You can choose to listen or not he will force you to buy anything. He's the best doctor and have many patients and great results. Please come here if you consider plastic surgery or any procedure LOVE LOVE LOVE here. This will be my go to anytime I need anything else done

Following a significant weight loss journey of 40+ kilograms, I considered back and forth whether to treat myself to an abdominoplasty and liposuction for those stubborn areas. Got Gynecomastia surgery with Dr.aniwat, he did a fantastic job. In the online consultation and pre surgery consultation he knew exactly what I wanted and delivered great work. Erza the personal beauty consultant was very informative and also answered all my questions post operation. I am from Australia and would recommend Rattinan clinic for this surgery!

I recently had a procedure through this clinic. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, both before and after surgery. In particular, the post surgery care far exceeded my expectations. I am able to contact the team directly through the Line chat app and receive extremely prompt responses both from the doctors as well as the clinic staff. I needed additional care due to dehydration and was seen immediately. I highly recommend the Rattinan Medical Center.

I had gynecomastia surgery done at this clinic by Dr. Jatuporn Suesat. Initially I had hesitations about getting this procedure performed overseas but after visiting the clinic and meeting the staff I felt confident about it. The clinic itself is extremely clean. The staff is professional, friendly, and is great at communication as far as answering questions in detail and responding in a timely manner. I was very nervous about the procedure but the staff and Dr. Jatuporn were very accommodating and made me feel at ease. The results of the surgery are fantastic. There is very little bruising around my chest and minimal swelling. My areolas look normal, flat, and tight, whereas I was expecting them to look loose because that's what I've seen in photos online from other clinics. I'm beyond satisfied with the results and would recommend Rattinan to anyone considering have this same procedure done.

I had a consultation here but will not be proceeding due to the lack of organization in the office environment which to me, could reflect on the potential work here. However, I want to make it clear, I did not get any work done so I cannot speak to that. The people here were also very nice which is why I opted for 3 stars. The first thing I noticed when walking in was the front desk was a total mess. There was a computer screen facing me that showed the names and appointment times for other patients which I felt was an invasion of privacy. I was shown to the picture/changing room which also doubled as a storage room. The person had to riffle around disorganized selves stacked with random stuff to find the disposable garment for my consultation. There was one plastic chair in there that had stuff stacked on it so I had to take my shoes off standing up. I was then led back out into the lobby in just my robe and told to wait in a separate waiting room with fully clothed people. I felt very uncomfortable wearing just a robe in front of the entire office and other patients. The first consultation was great but then I was led back to the same waiting room for my skin consultation where many people were sitting. I had to tell the doctor what i wanted to have done, right in front of these other people. I know we are all there to get work done but for me, this should have been a private conversation. The office itself is beautiful, there is just what looks to be years of stuff stacked everywhere. If I am running a business based on astetics, the first thing I am worried about is the way the front of house is presented. Between that and the lack of privacy during many aspects, I won’t be moving forward with a procedure there. Per the other reviews they do great work so I am definitely disappointed.

Waited very long and wasted 1 hour. Staffs are working very inefficient and not professional. Many staffs but idle and don’t work as a team. The unprofessionalism is not accepted given the expensive price charged compared to other clinics.
