Our 3 year old daughter, was in this great hospital having a strong bacterial infection while on holidays in Thailand. Having to be here a few nights. In IV, antibiotics, blood exams. I can only thank the whole team that was supporting us. Everyone very caring and thoughtful. Her pediatrician was amazing as well. I have an excellent experience. From emergency van to staff, nurses, food, room. Everything was amazing. Nurses were so so nice. They helped me with everything. Meals were great comparing to meals in hospitals in my country. Moreover I had issues with travel insurance company and they deal with it. Great experience 12/10 ✨✨

My brother Aleksei Mingazov is in Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Room: 2004 of Bangkok hospital now. This unit is well rquipmened. All doctors and nurses fight every day for the lives of people, and are trying yo bring out even the most hopeless ones.I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Emergency team of Bangkok Hospital Phuket.I am merely cautious for the great work of these great men and women. Thank you so much for every minuets of your work. Thank you that one daythru made thr right choice to dedicate yourself for saving peoples' life and bring goodness and kindness to this world. One special thing which is a bit suprising for me is fun and caring atmosthier in the hospital and wards. This approach encourages patients and their families.Dear Dr. Tawatchai, Dr. Chusak, Dr.Banjerd, Dr.Anupab, Dr. Ubonpan, Dr. Songrit, Dr. Nattapong, Dr. Nicha, all of you are the best professioanls, the best doctors snd the best people who do the right deal in the world. This hospital has Russian translators who communicate with patients and their families. They explain to patients the doctors' prescriprions and advices that is very helpful.Very special thanks I would like to say to Alexander Hodzinsky (Александр Ходзинский), who is a coordinator of the International patient Unit, who is able to deep into the families questions and accuratly convey the questions to the doctors. He does't hesitate to specify the questions and specify the doctor's answers. He feels pain and anxiety of families and try to do all the best to smooth it.Thanks to all of you!!! You are the great people!!!

This hospital certainly deserves five stars. From the time we arrived (1:00 pm) to the time we left (3:00 pm) all I saw was great courteous service. The hospital is very clean and beautiful inside and out. Dr. Tanawat Fongsri and his nurses were very professional and nice. The staff guide you through the rooms so there’s no reason for you to get lost. After taking us to the doctor’s office we were taken to X-ray department and then back for doctor’s review of X-ray which didn’t take more than five minutes. Once we received doctor’s diagnostic we were guided to the payment reception area. They dealt with our out of country insurance and once all that was done we went to the pharmacy area which was easy and quick. The entire visit, X-ray, and meds costed 6600THB. We had a great experience with this hospital and we recommend it to anyone in need of care. Thank you Doctor Fongsri, Staff, and Bangkok Hospital 🙏

I have been coming here for over 10 years when I’m living in Phuket. I have always been treated well and highly recommend all the doctors. I have never encountered rushed service or rudeness. That said some visitors are pushy and very rude. The Thai will simply ignore you if you think your yelling and unsmiling face is acceptable behavior. As to prices this is a semi private hospital in that it is public but with a higher rate for facilities and a more posh look. If you do not have insurance either foreign or local the rates are higher than most other hospitals. But anyone can go to the local cheaper hospitals and most specialty doctors rotate there as well. So complains about price are really your fault as options in Phuket are many. The reason for the 4 star is there is limited food and they need to figure that out as a long appointment day can leave you hungry. Note there is a que to pay at end of each appointment and it can be a long wait. Bring a book and a banana = end of issue. They have free bottled water. I love their longevity center and always buy their custom vitamins made especially for each person. Pretty stellar.

In this private hospital in Phuket, you are a client, a customer, not a patient. But I highly recommand you to come here if any health pbTranslator in every languages, spacious and luxury room, doctors highly qualified, food course really nice and menu a la carte., many services, many specialities, a supermarket inside...There is also one person in charge of you when you arrive for emergency who transports you everywhere you need to go to pass exam.

Subject: A Heartfelt Thank You to Nurse Jib for Outstanding ICU Care at Bangkok HospitalWhen our 1-year-old daughter, Abigail, was urgently admitted to the ICU due to recurrent seizures from a high fever, our emotional state was nothing short of frantic and deeply worried. It was in this trying period that we encountered Nurse Jib, whose care and expertise became a source of both medical and emotional support for our family.Nurse Jib went above and beyond the call of duty, consistently providing meticulous and compassionate care for Abigail. Each medical decision she made was done promptly, accurately, and with a level of professionalism that set our minds at ease, even during the most uncertain moments. What sets Nurse Jib apart is not just her medical skills, but also her remarkable ability to empathize with us as anxious parents. She was always there to offer comforting words, to explain procedures and next steps, and to ease our concerns, all without sacrificing the high quality of care provided to our daughter.Nurse Jib, we can't adequately express how grateful we are for your outstanding care and comfort during this critical chapter in our lives. Your work goes beyond mere medical treatment—you've made an indelible impact on our family, and for that, we are eternally thankful.Your exceptional skills and kindness make you an exemplary nurse, and it was an honor to have you as part of our care team during this difficult time.

Clean and professional. Best hospital I have ever been in, rooms were massive for surgery and large menu to order in house food for decent price. Bedside manners of staff were great and felt very safe and cared for.

This hospital deserves more than just 3.5 stars! Yes, it might be slightly pricey - but you pay for what you get, and quality is what you get here!My boyfriend had a persistent high fever and we were quickly attended to at A&E. Efficient registration process with nurses checking his vitals and assigning him a bed within 15 mins. After doing some tests for flu and COVID, doctor on duty did all the due diligence checks of the stomach, lungs and other areas, before advising us to stay the night as his fever was really high (39.7°C) and persistent. He didn’t try to hard sell and gave us time to consider, which was great as it didn’t add pressure on us.We were covered by travel insurance so we chose to stay, and the transfer to the ward was quick and comfortable. Nurses were really friendly and the ward room was spacious with amenities in place. The guest/caregiver even had a huge sofa to sleep on.Overall, there were some points where we had to wait or take the initiative to get an update/ check done, but the experience was positive nevertheless! Nurses and doctors were generally really helpful and professional.I don’t usually do reviews, but when I do, the place or service must have left an impression. Kudos to the team at Bangkok Hospital Phuket for a 5-star hospital experience!P.S. on a lighter side note, when I went back to the hospital from the hotel with our luggages, there was even a bellboy escorting me and the luggages up to the ward. I’ve been to great hospitals but this is definitely a first 😂

Dealing with Bangkok hospitals is better than Phuket hospitals. People there faster are more professional than you. Till now I am still in the hospital since morning and not yet finished. I am not happy with you guys while I have paid a lot of money.
