Lifemed Medical Centre is a medical centre that has been working in the health sector since 2004 with the help of expert doctors and a friendly service mentality under the guidance of current technology.

My sister and I were planning to do laser hair removal treatment, but weren’t quite sure where to go as it was a bit of a hard decision with all the different options out there, especially with the bitter truth that not all centres use original devices. After a lengthy research and having contacted quite a few medical centres, I happened to come across Lifemed Hospital and had a chat with a lovely lady called Beste who was very professional, kind and helpful. She is pretty informative, honest and is always happy to answer any question I may have. As original devices are used at Lifemed, we decided to book an appointment for consultation. Upon our arrival, we were introduced to Dr. Utkan Kızıltaç who was very professional and knowledgable. He explains everything in details and is very approachable. We are especially pleased with Mr. Kızıltaç’s lovely attitude and superb expertise. Dr. Kızıltaç was very sincere and transparent and advices you which machine is best for you in accordance with the type of hair and skin you have.Dr. Kızıltaç even went out of his way to make our experience easy and straightforward within the department by not letting us feel the language barrier as we don’t speak Turkish.It’s probably a bit early to make a judgement re the treatment as my sister has only had one session so far but she seems happy with the result. The lady who did the session for her seemed friendly, experienced and hygienic. My first session will be taking place soon and we will see how it all goes.
The gentleman who guided us through all the instructions and tests, His name was Yigit who worked at the desk on the first floor. He was so helpful! I can see that he has a very busy, stressful job but he made sure he informed us timely manner and always followed up with our tests. I will be coming here again with our Turkish friends if they have good quality personnel like Mr. Yigit. Thanks again!
I have never seen such an unprofessional rude hospital neither in Turkey nor abroad. All I asked over the phone was 'what is the percentage does Alianz insurance cover the expenses' all I asked for was an approx range, and no one was able to answer my question. This I clearly asked in Turkish, spelling each and every letter, yet the operator scolded me and kept asking questions for over 15 mins I kept telling her Im very sick - then I asked to be transferred to the laboratory, where they also had no clue. Finally I called back to speak to the finance department, and here again I was scolded and told to speak to my insurance! They said that "we can only determine your overall coverage after you are presented with the bill!!"Why should I call My insurance when they can give me a ballpark figure is it 80-90% covered or not. Alianz insurance is a reputable well known insurance company and its each and every hospital that has a separate agreement with them. Please stay away- this is only a moneymaking trap to deceit innocent people and should be reported to the Ministry of Health!
Horrible place. They book you a time but they never on time. I went there for 5 mins operation and waited almost 45 mins.It is my 3rd day here for treatment after almost 10 days after my first comment. I got booking at 10 am but still doctor is not here after 25 mins. I don't understand why they even bother to book a time slot.
